Those things can include their company values, their mission statement, any awards they have won for outstanding performance in their industry, their high-quality products and services, or their plans for the future.
#3. In your answer to the question, why do you want to work here, tell the interviewer you are looking for long-term employment with their company, and you plan to build a career there. If you genuinely want to work at their company for the long term, you are far more likely to get hired.
