Descriptions:

Richard McMunn has been successfully helping job seekers and job applicants pass a variety of interviews for over 20 years now. In this video, he focuses on teaching how to pass and answer PERSONALITY Interview questions!

WHAT ARE PERSONALITY INTERVIEW QUESTIONS?
Personality interview questions are becoming increasingly popular during interviews as a way to assess how you are likely to perform in given situations.

They are predominantly used to assess your personality type, and also to determine whether or not your attitude and motivations are suited to the role you are being interviewed for.

Upon first inspection, personality interview questions appear easy to answer; however, say the wrong thing at your interview and you will not be getting the job!
